Rent the Community Room
RENTAL POLICY
Reservations

Library members and community members can reserve the meeting room on-site at the Library.

The meeting room will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Reservations are not confirmed until all forms are completed and the reservation deposit is received.

The Library and the City of Krum are given priority scheduling and reserve the right to cancel reservations if needed.

Rentals have to be completed by 10:00 pm. No events are to be held after 10:00 pm on any night of the week.

Room Usage

The individual who makes the reservation must remain on site at all times throughout the rental.

Nails, thumbtacks, etc. may not be used for any decorative purpose on the walls, structures or furnishings. Masking tape is the only approved tape for decorating purposes and must be removed completely if used.

Alcohol, tobacco, and vaping are all prohibited in the facility.

Approved cleaning products are provided, and the reservation holder is required to clean and reset the room after its use.

RENTAL FEES
Deposit

The deposit must be paid at the time the reservation is made. Deposits are refunded is the room is left in clean and working order. The Library provides a cleaning checklist and approved cleaning supplies.

Fees - Krum Residents

​$25.00 for the first four hours
-
$10.00 for each additional hour
-
Reservation hours include set-up and cleaning time.

​$50.00 for the first four hours

$20.00 for each additional hour

Reservation hours include set-up and cleaning time.​

Payment

​The Library can only accept payment in the form of cash or money order.
