The Krum Friends of the Library's annual Halloween Carnival returns! This year's Carnival features a bounce house, treats, games, and prizes! The event is recommended for ages Pre-K through 5th Grade. Entry into the Carnival costs one canned good per person to be donated to the Food Bank of Krum.
