KRUM FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY
Mission
-
The Friends support an advocate for the library through volunteer work and fundraising efforts so that the library can provide high quality materials and services, educational programming, and special projects and equipment to the community.
Fundraising
-
The Friends accepts cash donations, collects change and bills in the Library's Wishing Well, and organizes and hosts the annual Spring Festival and October Fundraiser.
-
Funds raised by the Friends have contributed to new Library furniture, a wall activity panel for children, new craft supplies, and prizes for the annual Summer Reading Program.
