Check It Out
July 2024 Volume 5 Issue 10
Director's Corner
July has arrived along with changes at the front desk. We will all miss Joy's cheerful face, but we know that life has great things in store for her in Louisiana. For those of you who have missed seeing Miss Cynthia at the front desk, her family obligations increased and she has also left us. However, even with all of these changes, we are still doing what we always do - providing books, movies, and great programs. Keep reading during July; we have some terrific grand prizes!
Did You Know?
July is anti-boredom month. We can help with that! We have lots of programs and activities at the library to keep you busy during the hot days of July. Also, be sure to keep logging your reading and activities in ReadSquared to earn entries into our grand prize drawings at the end of the summer.

Staff Pick - Joy
I recommend The Littlest Library by Poppy Alexander. This delightful read by a British author is set in her native England. The main character Jess is looking for her place in the world after an upheaval in her quiet, predictable life. Will she find her purpose and a place to call home in a small town?
