Mason’s Musings May 12th, 2023

It’s crazy how the days just keep on flying by. It’s hard to believe it’s almost Summer already. That may be due- in part- to how hard at work we’ve been preparing for the Summer Reading Program. Time sure does fly when you’re staring at your computer screen all day! We hope you all enjoy what we’ve planned for our Summer Reading Program.

Wishing you all a great weekend of soaking up sun or lounging around, whichever tickles your fancy!

Library Events 5/12–5/19:

Thursday May 12th – Book Club with Librarian Katrina! Come down for a friendly discussion and dissection of this month’s book, Catherine Called Birdy by Karen Cushman. Book Club starts at 6:30 PM every second Thursday of each month

Tuesday May 16th– Come connect with other home-schooling parents and students at Home School Meet-Up. Join Librarian Joy for STEAM activities for school aged children, and free play for Pre-k children. This will be our final Homeschool Meet-Up for the school year. We will resume in the fall. Have an amazing summer break!

Wednesday May 17th – Children’s Hour with Ms. Katie! Bring the little ones for story-time with Ms. Katie. Stories, songs, activities, and crafts are all part of the fun. Children’s Hour starts at 10:00 AM and occurs every Wednesday of each month (excluding January and August).
